Iurie P. Lungu is a lawyer whose practice focuses on immigration law, various types of commercial agreements and transactions, corporate governance and reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Lungu has been working for several boutique law firms as a business and immigration lawyer since being called to the Quebec Bar. He also has previous legal experience working as a lawyer and trademark agent in Europe for many years.

Mr. Lungu obtained his first civil law degree in his country of origin, Moldova, and his master’s degree in law at Duke University. He then pursued his legal studies at the University of Montreal, where he obtained his civil and common law degrees.
